  I was at this store on Sunday morning shopping for gifts off a registry for a party that day. While shopping there were no less than 5 associates who asked me if I needed help. I was shopping for less than 20 minutes. I went to checkout and waited 10 minutes at customer service (the only register open) before an employee came up and opened a register. I pulled up an email I had received that morning with a 20% off coupon to use and the associate, Kianna, said she needed the barcode to give me the 20% off. I clicked on the coupon and no barcode appeared. I asked Kianna to call someone or a manager to help and she refused saying she didn't know anyone in the store who could help. Short on time and patience I checked out without my 20% off NOT being used. I will not be shopping there ever again. There must be stores with much better customer service nearby.
